How long does it take to sell a dental practice or group of dental clinics?

From the time you sign our fee agreement to and we received the documents we need the time the deal is closed, depending on the size and complexity of the transaction, it can range between 4-9 months.

Who are the buyers that your work with?

We work with a compendium of buyers consisting of individuals, large strategic buyers such as DSO's, Private Equity Firms, Institutional and Family Office investors owned by high net worth individuals.

How do I get paid for the transaction?

Depending on the buyer and the size of the transaction, you can be paid up to 100% in cash at closing. For larger and more complex deals, the buyers typically buy 70-80% of your company in cash and ask you to retain the remaining equity while leveraging their recources of capital and know-how to grow and again cash you out in 5 years at a much higher valuation.

How do you get paid in selling my dental practice or dental lab?

For pure transaction where there are no intensive consultation required to stage your company for sale, we work exclusively on a success fee without any upfront fees, retainers or warrants. All fees will be discussed during your valuation call.

Are you a dental broker?

What companies have you sold and do you have any public references?

Confidentiality is the most important principal in our company and thus it is not our standard practice like our competitors to advertise the names of parties involved in the transaction unless it is publically announced by them. Without exception, we sign a non-disclosure agreements prior to closing all transactions not to disclose the details or the names of the parties.
